Global Alliant Full Stack Java Developer interview questions

Interview process was quick. Initial call with a recruiter followed by a technical video interview with two people. Both the interviewers were late. One of them did not turn on the camera and had no questions to ask either. The other interviewer appeared unclear about the specific skills or qualifications they were seeking in a candidate. Overall, the session gave the impression that the team expected broad, undefined expertise without providing concrete requirements or focus areas. No feedback was shared after the interview
