Interview process for me at Global relay was a follows: 1. HR / Recruiter interview 2. 30 minute video call with a senior member of the team where they ask a few basic techinical questions 3. 1.5 hour interview with the team lead and other team members where they ask advanced questions as well as a coding questions After this there is another round with the manager and a culture fit interview.

Difference between load testing and stress testing? 20. Coding interview fow which we need to write a program for the question given as well as write testcases for it. The question which was asked for me was: given a parapgraph with multiple sentences. Find the sentence with the max words and return the number of words.
HR interview and then a technical interview. HR will introduce what they do and the background of their company. they will ask you some behaviour questions. It is important to talk about who you really are and show your personality to them.
