I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was amazed by the professionalism of the hr team which sadly in many companies seem to exist for only name sake. I got the telephonic round of interview at exactly the same time I was told I would get one.
After a brief formal introduction the technical interview began in which the interviewer asked from subjects ranging from core java to javascript.
I could answer a few and a few I couldn't. In the end I didn't clear the interview round but was happy that the questions even though some were tough they were right to the point and not just any random trivia of questions.
It seemed everything was asked looking at my resume and nothing really was asked outside of it. I in a way have to thank that person cause he made me see where I was lacking. Thank You!
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
The interview process started with an initial HR screening call where they discussed my background and experience. This was followed by a technical round focused on Java concepts, OOP principles, and basic problem-solving. There was also a coding round where I solved questions on data structures. Finally, a managerial round assessed communication, teamwork, and project experience. The overall process was smooth and professional.
