I got the opportunity to apply for the Recruitment process of Globallogic through our college campus placements. Out of 1800 students who sat for the first round , only 21 were selected. There were 5 rounds of selection process :-

The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
The interview process started with an initial HR screening call where they discussed my background and experience. This was followed by a technical round focused on Java concepts, OOP principles, and basic problem-solving. There was also a coding round where I solved questions on data structures. Finally, a managerial round assessed communication, teamwork, and project experience. The overall process was smooth and professional.
