I was contacted by HR from this well-known company for an opportunity, and the process started off well. The HR clearly shared the budget, which I was okay with. Two technical rounds were held back-to-back in a single day, and the feedback was positive. The third and final round was with HR to discuss compensation and my counter offer. I submitted all required documents and had a formal discussion, but after that, there was complete silence—no response, no update, no closure. It's disappointing to be ghosted after going through multiple rounds and formalities. For such a reputed organization, this kind of unprofessional behavior is not expected. A simple email to inform the outcome would have shown basic respect for the candidate's time and effort.

Good it was easy over all 3 rounds, It will be easy to clear just focus on basics. oops, sql dbms, dsa, project will be asked and should have knowlwge of the text stack used.

3 rounds 1st was technical round - few dsa questions and questions around dbms and oops . 2nd round was managerial- questions revolving around resume 3rd hr round . normal hr questions like do you have any plans of higher studies or not?
