Quick process, we finished in 1 week from 1st contact from recruiter to getting the offer. I accepted it and I’m glad to work here. It seems to be nice environment.
interview with a higher level manager. no structure of interview, no clear job description and responsibilities. basically you talk about yourself and they will see where they place you. from the discussion, you can spot they are just another body shop with no real interest in developing and empowering people, where managers are just conveying the same old practices top to bottom.
