I applied through other source. I interviewed at GlobalLogic
Interview
The interview is pretty standard, structured in 3 parts - company overview, role overview, and then a switch over to the candidate so they can go through their experience.
While they position themselves as a flexible, people oriented company, in reality, there isn't any flexibility or too much focus on people. The culture comes off as a very standard, corporate one and it felt like a very rigid and one-sided working relationship.
Along with the very negative reviews, this convinced me it wasn't a good fit for me and I withdrew from the process.
