Tuve una entrevista tecnica, luego otra que fue re de improvisto, me dijeron que era una charla para conocer al proyecto y nada que ver, ni se enteraron donde estaba yo en el proceso.

Interview process is simple. It starts with a L1 discussion round which is majorly technical discussion where you are asked questions about the platform and technologies that you are working on. If applicable you will be asked to code some logic. If one gets passed that there will be a Gk discussion where the interviewer will ask questions related to salary expectations based on which they will allocate designation to you.
After that there will be HR discussion round for salary negotiations.

The interview length was about one and half hour. And I felt the goal was to make me fail. So, obtain the accurate seniority is harder. Also, I heard once you in be promoted is not an easy task.
