I applied to post of Technical Lead via Linked In. HR called me on the next day, asked few details like expected CTC and scheduled F2F technical interview. Technical interview was upto the mark, difficulty level was also high. Technical round f2f was for 2 hours, followed by HR round. At the end of HR round, HR confirmed about my selection but she added the my expected CTC that Globant can not afford to pay, but she will try her best to match up expected CTC and will inform me. What the Hell ... I mean if i have conveyed my expected CTC in first call itself, why did HR process my profile if they could not afford that much CTC. I waited for 4 working days and later I sent out 5 reminder emails asking for updates in interview process, there was no any response from HR. What kind of professionalism it is ?Very very disappointed. Note : Exact same experience I have got twice with Globant, Pune within 8 months. HRs at Globant are non-responsible and unprofessional. They do not bother to respond.
