Interview
Interview process was good. There were 2 rounds.
Core Java, OOPS, Data structures, Android, version controlling all had a part to play in the interview round. Interviewer had good knowledge and pleasant to interact.

Internal working of hashmap, tricky questions on static keyword, collections, etc

Interview
1. Primero te contacta una recruiter de recursos humanos para fijar una fecha para una primera entrevista.
2. Durante la entrevista te preguntan tu trayectoria profesional, tus aspiraciones, expectativas,... Parte de la entrevista se hace en inglés si dices que sabes hablar inglés. Trato muy amable en todo momento :)
3. Entrevista técnica. Aquí te preguntan temas de Android en general, preguntas de arquitectura, te plantean casuísticas y te preguntan cómo lo resolverías, buenas prácticas de código, patrones de diseño, etc... Dura una hora aproximadamente.
4. Te contactan otra vez de recursos humanos con el feedback de le entrevista técnica. Y en caso de que haya sido positiva, te dan la oportunidad de hablar con el equipo técnico para que te cuente más en detalle el proyecto en el que estarás.
5. Finalmente, te hacen la oferta.

Interview
Entrevista técnica sin ejercicios.
Luego un ejercicio de 3hs de dos partes, múltiple choice, y analizar código y mapear con log de errores.
Posterior una entrevista con el tech lead del lado del cliente, que consistía en analizar un código propuesto por el cliente o uno propio para explicar la arquitectura elegida.

At the start of the interview, they already know the candidate's Current and expected CTC as part of the start process and still they are taking the interview. and once you passed the all rounds. They tell you that their budget is only limited to lower than your current CTC. wasting your time in the interview process. The interview Round is good and the interview is as well.
