I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globant (New Delhi) in Sep 2021
Interview
I had cleared tech 1 and tech 2 round and there was HR discussion. I had discussions on compensation they had agreed. Request me some documents. I shared them. I had around 20 days left. So I was expecting my offer letter would come in last week atleast. But HR kept giving false hopes as they were looking to low ball me but no issues I got some more better options. Still its a shady experience from my side. I myself wrote email to HR and said that I am not open to globant anymore.
Please stop fooling candidates. Try to be transparent.
These shady things should stop.
And never send someone email like 'You're are one step closer to be Glober' when you really don't want to go ahead with compensation discussed. It's was a pathetic experience for me.
I will never ever look for opportunities again in Globant. It's unprofessional company.
