Basic process. Went to the office, manager asked good questions to make sure I had experience, did a 30min practical exercise, really liked sigi , lovely lovely man. Got an offer within the hour

All stages were very professional, well handled and made sense in the interview process.

The onsite interviews are split into role fit and values fit. The first is competency based and the second is personal values.

Interview
First: Easy quick phone interview about 20 min
Second: In-house office interview about 45 min with an office tour and further details of the position
and mock phone calls
