Interview
The recruiter failed to call me twice, even after he sent me an invitation for a specific time slot via calendly. Not sure how that happens, but it is very unprofessional. I'm surprised that a company with so many accolades can have such a disorganized hiring process.

3 rounds of 30 minute zoom calls. All behavioral questions, care most about fit. Nothing super technical, was interested to see understanding of healthcare industry / any healthcare interest. I would say overall a pretty good and easy experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoHealth (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin. Set up a 30 minute call to learn more about me, spoke salary expectations, the position and company. Then I had one 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to submit an excel test (took 30 minutes). After that I had my final round which was 3 30 minute interviews with an analyst, a senior manager and the VP. Constant communication from the recruiter, which was a plus. Offer came in a week after final rounds.
