    Pros

Casual atmosphere, fun people to work with.

You are literally tied to the desk, the pay is not that great, and they change your schedule all the time so that you can't make plans.

    Pros

Management allows you to take on a lot of different projects, and gain experience in many different areas very fast. It is easy to build relationships across different departments. It's fast paced working environment provides opportunities for professional growth.

    Cons

GoHealth experienced rapid growth in a very short amount of time, and I think the company as a whole is still settling in to its new structure.

I have been working at GoHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

they work with you for the most part with schedules, and they do give food about every two week to the entire floor. Oh and you get 30 minutes personal time on top of a 30 minute lunch.

    Cons

some of management/sales lead are messy (like to sit around and talk about employees out loud), its not a challenging job (which can be good for some)

    Advice to Management

Require everyone (mainly enrollment specialist) go through a reading test of some sort to make sure they are qualified. Hire more professional sales leads. Keep everyone updated with the end dates of their seasonal positions, so they know if they should be looking for other jobs after the season.

I worked at GoHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only reason to work here is because you need a job.

    Cons

When we were hired they never would tell us our commmision. I know why. They take your commisions. My campaign paid 11.00 an hour, and 10.49 for major medical apps, and 2.49 for dental apps. They take your commisions for compliance and attendence. One unexcused absence is 10 points which means you lose .25 percent commission. They will not train you well. I was on the phone for only two weeks and commisions tooken without training. The managers sleep with employees, I have proof. They give positions to who they like. My co worker and I were in the top 5 percent and they laid us off. That's because any one that disagrees with the company got laid off or terminated.

    Advice to Management

You all need to stop covering up for each other.

Will pay for your licenses to sell health and life insurances.

    Cons

Unfair commission payments, rude disrespectful co workers, untrained, non caring managers, inept Human Resources, loud ventilation system, long hours, rude customers

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility and control of the call center, pay agents fairly and be accountable for your errors!

    Pros

None at all. I hate working here and will never come back

    Cons

They're deducting from our commission because of attendance.. illegally! When I confronted them about it they insisted it's their policy and it's legal. I called the department of labor and they confirmed it isn't. I knew they were shady but I never thought they'd steal money from their employees smh. They already don't pay us well for the apps we sell.

    Advice to Management

Don't play with people's livelihood. You wouldn't like it if someone took 25% of your check because your child got sick, your car wouldn't start, or any other important emergencies.
