It was simple. They were straight forward and the process was straight forward. I really appreciated the kindness they offered me. They asked good questions and I felt seen and understood
The interview was quick and easy over the phone. Scheduled to last about 30 minutes and we easily talked for about 45 minutes. I was expecting follow up call, but instead the next morning was offered a position.

The Interview process consisted of 2 or 3 interviews- all by phone or virtual (Zoom) during the month of July 2021, which was very appreciated because of the COVID-19 Pandemic still very active in the US.
