Golden Corral Interview Questions

Interview was painless. I applied on Monday had a call the next day with a manager and set up an interview for following day. Quick to hire. So far so good.

it was pretty minimal to go through the whole process. no effort was really needed. felt like they were accepting anyone to fill in positions. don't expect too much from this.

Interviewed with assistant manager in the restaurant. The interview was fine and related to the duties and expectations. I was not required to go through a second interview with anyone else at the restaurant.

The interview process was long. They dragged it out much longer than needed which was not ideal. First interview was behavioral questions and the second round was more technical. I also had a few phone call conversations with people that work in the job which was actually quite beneficial.

Casual, quick. I was asked about my goals and what I wanted to do after high school. I was informed about the college scholarship for college once I reached 6 months of employment. I used it once.

It was really formal compared to other food service jobs. it was a lot more professional. the questions were lengthy but they were okay questions. Nice people i met with

Talked with the manager, very easy to talk with, very kind. He shared with me what the job is about. Very nonintimidating. Down to earth. I loved working at Golden Corral. I didn’t like the customers but my coworkers and managers were great

Simple and straightforward process. Spoke with the General Manager and then the crew leader in charge of the server staff. The questions were basic questions dealing with customer service and conflict resolution. For example, recall and describe a tough situation with an angry or upset customer and what you said and did to rectify the situation?

there was only a phone interview for me, I was up front and honest, they were very secretive and didn't tell me I would have to sign an arbitration agreement to get employed.
