Interview
First: One telephone interview (time 17 minutes).
Questions about my past experience were made:
The overall form was: Tell me about the time you were.....
One week later, I got the invitation to a personal interview.
Personal interview of one hour and 10 minutes.
It was a one to one interview. Some of the questions were made, to know about my personality. Others were directly related to my personal experience.

Question 1
There was not a difficult question. The interview was an open conversation about my experience. Every answer was easy, because I certainly knew what I did in the past.
Questions about which kind of tools I had used in my work, how many people I had under my supervision, what are things I can do at my best, what hobbies I have, the concept of consulting, were asked.
