I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2016
Interview
Extensive. Goldman Sachs first conducted a Skype Coffee chat where they answered questions that I had for the division. I applied for the position through my career center and on the GS internship website. I received an invitation for a HireVue interview a few weeks later, where they asked a bevy of questions, mostly fit and two easy (and random) technical. After the HireVue I was invited to fly out to SLC for Superday, where I interviewed with 12 different people. The total interview process was about three hours.

Question 1
Do I expect the Fed to raise interest rates and why?
I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
Hirevue 1st round into 3 part zoom superday. Seems like this is standard at Goldman in slc for non engineering roles. HireVue is likely the more fine grained filter of the two
Initial HireVue which consisted of 3 questions then an initial interview via zoom with two people on the team. Understanding what you're understanding of the role is, where you see yourself in a few years, the basics.

What are some current events or financial news that are of interest to you
I received a first-round Summer Analyst Controller hirvue interview from GS. 4 Behavioral Questions, no technical questions. I'm still waiting for the next steps. I heard there will be only two rounds-Hirvue and Superday.
