This was before there were any details about the position given. Learning more about the position only made the eventual salary range quoted that much less appealing. Imagine paying an ecommerce manager position with 15+ direct reports $30-$40K/year! No thank you. I knew that Goodwill had a reputation for underpaying, but I was shocked at how low they went on an essential position like this.
