I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goodwill (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through the website, received a call and arranged for an interview. Simple enough.
The 2 interviewers were nice and friendly, though it was obvious it was routine to them and they were just going through a checklist of questions and info.
I have to mention I was having a bad day, and not being a native English speaker I had trouble finding words etc... From the start it was obvious I wasn't gonna come out pretty good and not make a chance. So at the end they said they were gonna give me a phone call if i had the job, or an e-mail if I hadn't. Was expecting an e-mail, but I never heard from them, which is a bit sad.
I still love Goodwill though, I'll just have to do better next time.
