I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was very good.
The hiring manager sent an email stating that I had been screened in for the position and I needed to prepare a workplan, and powerpoint ahead of the interview.
The workplan had to be sent in by a specific date and time, two days before the actual interview.
After sending in the workplan, I received an email confirming that the interview would take place.
On the day of the interview, I was greeted by a very warm, welcoming and friendly Assistant. She gave the interview package in the lobby and told me that I had an opportunity to review the questions that I will be asked before I was summoned to the board room. This was a first!
The interview was conducted by a three people panel. I had to start with delivering my powerpoint presentation to the panel, and then a 10 minutes period where they asked questions about the presentation.
After the presentation was completed and they asked questions, they turned to their interview package and began taking turns asking questions.

Question 1
Please describe your experience working with marginalized groups?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill
Interview
The interview process consisted of a panel discussion and conversion with the applicant. The majority of the questions were more behavioral focused rather than applicable skills. It was a unique interview process, in that the questions generated conversation rather than the traditional "question-answer" process.
