I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goodyear in Nov 2023
Interview
Simple and straightforward. No “gotcha” questions. One phone screening with an internal recruiter, and one in person interview with 3 panelists. One panelist couldn’t make it, so there was an additional virtual conversation. All phases were very relaxed. They expressed clear interest in hiring me from very early on, so the in-person interview & plant tour was more focused on what problems they were facing & what the expectations were for the role.
