My Google interview was a 45-minute interview with quite difficult hypothetical questions. They asked me things like how I make sure a design is accurate, how I would deal with procurement issues, and how I would evaluate materials for construction. It was definitely a challenging interview. Then, around three weeks later, they told me I had not moved to the next stage, and the recruiter had a feedback call with me, which was actually very nice and helpful.
