Reached out to me, then had an informal interview, then found out they disqualified me based on not having a Bachelors's degree- which is something they could have read on my resume and saved us both the time.
standard interview screening process with a designer after the recruiter contacted. walked through the project and answered some follow up questions with a few minutes left to ask the interviewer questions.

Interview
it was smooth until I reached to the final stage where there were a panel of 6 people to interview me. I get nervous and confused on so many question which I feel like I had their answers.
