Three 45-minute technical interviews + host match interviews. I had several host match interviews and one (but not the first) of them is very interesting. So it is better to wait and choose a job which is interesting instead of committing early.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Accra)
Interview
I had a 45min coding interview first, then proceeded to the next round which was 3 coding interviews back to back, 45mins each. After that I got a call from my recruiter about a week later saying I unfortunately wouldn't be progressing to the next round.
The process takes place in four stages which include: - Recruiter phone call: A recruiter call to get to know more about you and your qualifications - Phone Screen: An interview on data Structures and algorithms -Virtual Onsite -Offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical coding questions on data structures and algorithms.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jan 2022
Interview
Screening interview followed by 5 on site interviews. After each step you get an elaborated feedback from the recruiter, with what was good and what went wrong. Very important to ask questions and think about classes.
