3-step virtual interview process with video calls for reference checks. First round with recruiter, second round with two senior managers, third round with two Senior Reps, one from the US.

Response time is very very bad. For all the queries, I am told that 'I'll ask the manager and confirm'. Then there's no response until I call back. The HR talked as if I was selected for the part time role after interview. However, one day suddenly she called and said that I'll have to pass a test. After I submitted the test, she didn't respond for a month. When asked, she said that she too is waiting for upper management's response. I never received any response since then.
