it is smooth yes sistematic, first. is HR, first round, and second round, they do cultural fit and then also the test. In cultural fit there is a mini case interview

Second and third round: 2 round of interview (1 on 1) focussed on job competency and behavioural
Final round: Case study interview (panel of 3)

Interview
The process was quite long and took several months from start to finish, but overall it was a positive experience. The interviewers were consistently friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in my background, which helped ease the nerves that usually come with multiple rounds of interviews. The recruiter was also very supportive throughout the process—keeping me updated, answering my questions promptly, and helping me prepare for each stage. Even though the timeline stretched out, I appreciated the clear communication and the respectful, professional approach of everyone involved.
