On-campus interview - Asked the usual "tell me about a time questions" and then moved into some supply-chain focused questions and finished with a mini case-based question - you where you were given a brief supply chain scenario and asked about what additional information/data you would want to analyze the issue and then asked what your recommendation would be to resolve the supply chain issue

I was given an interview back to back 30 min with 2 people each time. This interview was almost strictly behavior but there were 1 or 2 technical questions to see your thought process.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Grainger in Oct 2017

Was pretargeted by them before our career fair. Met them at the career fair and had a great conversation. Interview was 2 30 minute interviews that were one on one with different people. Behavioral based and conversational.
