The response times from the HR were considerably long, averaging 2-3 weeks (even after explicitly asking for followups). Panel interviews were rescheduled couple times, and in some instances, interviewers did not show up.
The questions posed during the interviews were predominantly tool/process-based rather than assessing a candidate’s holistic understanding of the subject matter. Additionally, some managers displayed unprofessional behavior, appearing arrogant and pretentious during the interview process.
