I applied online. I interviewed at Grainger (Austin, TX)
Interview
It was set up via text. The scheduler was not very organized. And on the day my interview was scheduled it was cancelled 1 hour before. Now stating that they had already fulfilled the opening. I wasn't even given a chance to interview.
Phone interview first and then an in person. The requirements were a little extra as they required you to get vetted by someone else to prove work ability. They also required a drug test
It was thorough and pleasant. They had a series of required questions to have completed. They use the STAR program in the process. Make sure you utilize that method for answering the questions that are asked.
