Granite Digital interview questions

Quick response since you apply. They replied me in 2 days asking me about my salary expectation. They are mainly focused on the salary expectation, rather than the experience and skill of the candidate. I had one interview. During the interview I answered all the questions as I have years experience. But the main interest was salary expectation. They told me they were getting in touch with me the week after but no communication at all, only to know checking on Linkedin, they hired a junior doing the manager role.

Single round interview. Not very technical. Checked what I wanted to gain out of joining the company and what my expectations were. After not long we start talk about money so I knew it was going well. CEO is nice guy, very easy to talk to. Easy short and enjoyable interview.
