Video Interview and a follow up phone call. The video interview is quite a strange experience, with no chance for interaction with your 'interviewer' this means you are effectively delivering a 2 minute presentation on the questions answered. The follow up phonecall was more interactive, they probed me on my knowledge of the role quite a lot, asking specifics about what I thought I would be doing as a graduate with them.This is what let me down overall in my feedback, so make sure you thoroughly research your role.
