It was a one day interview. Met with 4 people. 2 managers, a member of HR, and a partner. They were very nice and asked good questions. Not too many technical questions, more asking about what I did on past jobs and why I want to work at this firm. They were very engaging and friendly.

Simple know all you audit terms and be ready explain every process. The hiring process took two weeks from start to finish. I interviewed from home. The offer hybrid work schedule

Describe the audit process and ways you can improve
1st interview with HR, second round with Partner. General question from Hr. Technical was with partner and manager. Partner was very outgoing. Overall it was a pleasant interview, they made me feel comfortable.

Smooth and transparent, overall process from interview to offer letter completed in 2 weeks, HR was also very humble and responded to all the queries on time. Question were asked mainly based on experience
