Great Circle IT interview questions

I applied after receiving an email with possible internship opportunities for my school's Career Services. The process took about three weeks. First interview was a phone interview and it was not that difficult. It is just an interview to get ton know you. The second interview was at the company offices and it was in general also not nerve wrecking. I was asked what I would do under certain conditions and how I would respond to end users on certain issues. I was however not familiar with most of the networking questions i was asked.
