Turned in programming problem set online. Invited to interview at HQ in person. Chatted about resume and experience, reviewed solutions to the problem set and discussed shortcoming and alternative methods. Overall a pleasant experience.
Interviewed directly with the lead developer. Completed a web/software development skills assessment and then went in person to discuss results and ask/answer questions. Interviewer and myself solved problems posed together while I received valuable insight into problem-solving and thinking outside of the box.
