The interview process was three rounds. The first two interviewers were good but the last interview with the CEO was a bad experience.
First round: The interviewer was personable. We chatted about my experience and the role requirements. I was shown code and asked to answer basic questions about it.
Second round: Similar to the first round, I was asked a few SQL questions and a few questions about my background. Longer format allowed me to ask about the company.
Third round: One on one call with the CEO. He joined the call a bit late, was unprepared, had not reviewed my resume and didn't really know who I was or anything about my experience. He also was not able to find the notes from other interviewers. He seemed distracted and disinterested throughout the call. Not a good impression. I was asked a basic data structures question which I answered correctly. The rest of the call was neutral and he described his preferences in candidates.
