Personality and workplace composure questions. Questions direct toward situational events in previous workplace/life circumstances. Interview conducted by manager. Toured community, back office, and maintenance shop. Asked for references. Compensation discussed during first 1 on 1 interview. Interview concluded with date schedule to meet staff and become officially hired on. Training scheduled there after.

Where do you see yourself with the company in five years?
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
