Straight forward and technical. Next was a lunch with the team to check for synergy etc. Process was very quick overall. Called same day for next steps each time. One of the better interview processes I have been through.

I thought it was easy and straight to the point, with covid and the holidays I was not expecting a quick response, but was notified that I got the job within two weeks. I know some people think anything longer is insane, but being from the west coast there are a lot of jobs that take almost a month - two months before you hear anything. Even during the process of waiting, the HR let me know I had not been forgotten and the hiring process was still taking place. I appreciated the updates and notifications. Honestly, I'd give the hiring process a 10/10. Communication was on point, all my questions were answered with honest answers, now beating around the bush. During the interview I wasn't nervous at all, both Todd and Dereky were very chill, and I loved every moment of it.
