Grokker interview questions

I was invited to an interview on September 5, 2024, for the SCSM role. The interview went very well, and I was told that I had made it into the top 60 candidates. Before the interview concluded, she informed me that I should not be alarmed if I did not hear from her the following week due to a conference with the team and that she would get back to me. In my excitement about the company and the role, I also created a presentation of an idea that aligns with Grokker's mission and business. I sent it off via email and received a response from one of the team members thanking me, saying, "Not a bad idea," etc. I followed up on September 24, 2024, but received no response—just "crickets." Grokker is all about well-being and engagement, yet it seems they don’t practice what they preach. A simple update via email is all that I ask; I don't want to feel like I'm being ghosted.
