Interview
Had a phone interview with the branch manger followed by an interview in the branch with the BM and ABM. Got an offer shortly after I got home from my interview followed by a drug test and a meet and greet and three weeks of training. Interview was somewhat laid back. Asked typical interview questions and was also asked to pretend to sell an item to the mangers. At other locations, I've heard they actually have to go in the aisles of the store and try to sell checking accounts.

Interview
Felt like it went pretty well!! Both managers were pretty nice! Got positive vibes from both. Fingers crossed! Seems like a pretty okay company to work for. They stress the fact that they do their own marketing so be prepared to approach people in the store and solicit.

Question 1
What skills do you have that you feel has contributed to you becoming successful?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guaranty Bank (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I was read questions off of a piece of paper and the branch manager wrote in the answers. After this a sales associate was brought in and I was required to walk around the Kroger with her selling products (I assume a sink or swim scenario to see if I was going to be able to do it.). This was a clear sign of the biggest part of the job was. Don't interview for this thinking you'll be doing a lot of teller work.
