I had two interviews with the company for 2 separate contract years. The first took place in 2014 at a hiring "Open House" in which applicants participated in a mixer, being directed into several offices to speak with various managers around the company. I was ushered into several offices and spoke of my qualifications in a fairly informal setting. Several managers glanced over my listed qualifications for the position and asked questions related to my experience with various software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Audacity etc.) The second interview took place the following year in 2015 for another contract position as an Associate Designer which I would imagine was somewhat of a formality, given that I had worked there the previous year. The same standard interview questions were asked, and a re-visiting of my qualifications were quickly run through as well.
