Consists of four phases: 1: Call with recruiter 2: Technical test (self-paced) 3: Technical interview (1 hour, 2 coding challenges) 4: Theory, Behavioural, and Technical interview (1 hour each) The final phase is the most important so be prepared to introduce yourself and answer questions such as tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker, tell me a situation where you worked in a group to reach a goal, tell me a time where you did above and beyond what was expected from you (always use the STAR method). Make sure you go on Guidewire’s website and try to understand their core values and how your personality matches with them.

First step is a online programming assessment, then call with HR, then technical interview. The online assessment was not too bad but fairly lengthy. Everything else was fairly strait forward and simple.
