Standard tech interviewing pipeline: interview screen, 1:1 with hiring manager or team member, take home assignment, panel zoom interviews, offer/no offer. Take-home assignment was both the most challenging as well as the largest, being two parts: 1st new partner pitch and 2nd excel data analysis.
There were small but noticeable indicators throughout the interview process that gave me a perception of disorganization on their side. They missed my initial recruiting interview due to a scheduling error, they changed the take-home prompt after it had already been given, and the recruiting coordinator forgot to populate her template with relevant names (I got "Hey [candidate], thanks for meeting with [team member] yesterday!") - it felt like there's a level of polish that Guild is still figuring out. Overall, I think the company has a great thing going and lots of potential, but I would encourage them to not overlook the notion that candidates are also interviewing during this two-way process.
