    It was not complicated but I had to do 3 calls in addition to the 1-to-1 interview. First I met my direct manager then the Country manager. After that I had 3 calls with executives whom also provide their feedback.

    Interview was fast: there is no HR screening, I was immediately interviewed by higher management and hiring manager. It took two rounds. Friendly, professional. After initial phone interview the company provided look and see trip to Dubai. The boarding process took a long time 2-3 month, before the offer was release and visa process was cleared

    It was a very straight forward interview process. It involved Multiple rounds of technical interviews and a manager round at the end, no HR level interviews. Good technical coverage, process coverage and detail drill down of technology specifics. IBM experience helps and may have preference as well. Preparation is very much essential to help succeed.
