I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
First interview was virtual with hiring manager, second interview was in person and included a site tour. Questions were generic behavioral prompts, with a couple of job related questions added in. Cool place and everyone I interacted with was great, but the vacation policy here is not very enticing (only 2 weeks for the whole year) and salary offered was not very competitive in my opinion.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream in Sep 2016
Interview
Straight forward phone interview with the hiring manager and three people who'd be on the team. After introducing the panel, they asked me to describe my academic background and point out the highlights of my resume. It was for a R&D position so the questions weren't the conventional behavioral type. Most of them were specific to avionics systems integration and flight testing.
They did disclose that they were looking for more of an electrical engineer as opposed to an aerospace engineer. I was notified within 2 days that they'd gone with a different candidate.

Interview
the interview process was short and sweet. I met with 3 supervisor and one HR rep in a room. We talked for 4 hours and I got a tour of the facility. I got a call back a few days later.
