Interview
Overall, Very Positive Experience. Had initial phone call with the team for 45 mins. Asked questions about my background and relevant skill sets - behavior based questions included. Heard back after 2 weeks regarding onsite interview. 1 hour panel interview in savannah: behavioral questions again and the site tour.

Interview
The interview process very smooth. For the on-site visit, the company had made all the arrangements. Very good conversations with the hiring managers. After the interview, they showed me around the plant. Although it didn't work out for me, I still consider it one of my best interviews. And would love to work at Gulfstream.

Interview
Applied online, received email to set a panel interview on phone. Really unstructured and mainly focused on hands on experience on MES systems, SAP or any other software you used. Power BI. Once they get to know you have no experience with them. They wont hire you and will ask unrelated questions to make you feel down. Very slow and interviewers seemed less energetic and showed no interest. Lack of structure in questions
