Interview process I applied for this position via Indeed. After not hearing back for about a week, I went to their website and sent them an email to follow up on my application. I received a call later that day from a GunBroker advertising salesperson (not HR or a recruiter). They asked me some very basic questions about deadlines and working with customers. The call went well, and the caller said they would get back to me later. Later that week, I received another call from the salesperson asking if I could jump onto a video call with them and a marketing member. I agreed, and we discussed my familiarity with open source advertising platforms and addressing client deliverables. This call also went well, and they told me they would be in touch. I didn't hear back for about two weeks, when I received a call from the same salesperson (still not HR) apologizing for not getting back to me sooner. They let me know that I would be getting an offer and wanted to call me to make sure I didn't accept any other opportunities. Red flag. Later in the week, I received an onboarding email from GunBroker's single HR personnel. I filled out all paperwork and submitted it that day. I began working at GunBroker as a full-time salaried employee the following week. Overall, this process was very quick.
