Frustrating experience to say the least. Someone on the recruiting team reached out to schedule a 30 minute case study presentation within an hour long interview as the first step. I provided 3 weeks of availability as requested and then they got back to me a week later requesting additional availability. I did, then they sent me a meeting invite for a time that I did not include in my availability (6:30 PM ET - which is extremely late for an hour long interview). Once I got back to them, they rescheduled for a date two weeks later due to the hiring manager's limited availability. A week before the interview, I got an email asking to reschedule for the new year. I then received a templated rejection email at the end of January. It's unfair to ask someone to make a presentation and then not even reschedule, but I feel like a dodged a bullet here.
