Interview
The person that was conducting the interview would ask several questions related to customer service. They also would focus on what type of moral actions one would take when performing the job. The interview process did not last very long and the questions are not that difficult to answer. The department manager interviews first and then the unit director does the final interview.

If a customer is upset, what would you do to help them?
the overall experience was great. First we did a group exercise, then from there if selected I had a one on one interview. From here I got offered the job.
Very straightforward, asked about prior experiences with difficult situations, and how you dealt with them. The interviewer was very relaxed and acted very casual about the whole thing. I ended up getting the job right there.

Interview
Very straight forward interview to the point. Ask some genuine questions about yourself. Just be genuine because if you made it to an in persons interview you’re close to the finish line. Most don’t even get a call back.
