Initial interview over the phone with a recruiter. Secondary panel interview on campus with a Facility leader, HR rep, and a campus leader. This interview lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of questions concerning my leadership and development.

Self led interview recording answers. Pretty basic questions around leadership and how you make decisions. You have three attempts to record your response which is nice Curious how long it will take to get feedback

Quick and painless. Was asked questions regarding leadership style and hypothetical situations. Interviewed by two managers from the department I applied to. Very quick response time and was offered the position on the spot.
